蒜味美國翹翹薯條

  • 1. 將冷凍美國翹翹薯用190度的油炸3分鐘,備用。Fry the frozen U.S. Sidewinders balls in oil at 190℃ for 3 minutes and set aside.
  • 2. 預熱一個小炒鍋熱鍋,下芥花油、香油,將步驟1.再炸2分鐘,瀝油後放入小炒鍋,順勢加入蒜碎、辣椒圈拌炒,炒至香味出來即可離火再加入蔥花及椒鹽。
  • Preheat a small frying pan and add mustard oil and sesame oil. Fry the potato balls again for 2 minutes, then drain the oil and transfer them to the frying pan. Add minced garlic and sliced chili rings, stir-fry until fragrant, and then remove from heat. Finally, add chopped green onions and chili salt.
  • 3. 盛碗後在重新下些許蔥花及辣椒圈裝飾即可。Serve in a bowl, garnish with additional chopped green onions and sliced chili rings before serving.

  • 哈奇味椒鹽 Hachi Chili Salt A little
  • 芥花油 Mustard Oil 15ml
  • 香油 Sesame Oil 10ml
