  • 1. 將雞蛋.麵粉其他材料.調味料跟脆薯條混和。Mix together eggs, flour, other ingredients, seasoning, and crispy fries.
  • 2. 入鍋慢火煎透。Place the mixture into a pan and fry over low heat until cooked through.
  • 3. 切盤擺盤即可。Once cooked, slice and arrange on a plate for serving.
