1. 美國馬鈴薯洗乾淨.帶皮直接蒸透.備用Wash the U.S. potatoes thoroughly and steam them with the skin until fully cooked. Set aside.
2. 將玉米粉用開水燙熟拌成團狀Pour boiling water over the cornstarch and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
3. 美國馬鈴薯壓碎成泥.加入玉米粉團.糖.糯米粉壓成團後加入白油Mash
the cooked U.S. potatoes into a puree. Add the cornstarch dough, sugar, and glutinous rice flour. Mix until it forms a dough, then add white oil.
4. 取適當份量包入芝麻湯圓Take an appropriate amount of the mixture and wrap it around sesame tangyuan.
