煙燻美國馬鈴薯芝麻球

將美國馬鈴薯搭配湯圓做出獨有的中式甜點.達到話題及流沙效果Creating a unique Chinese dessert by combining U.S. potatoes with tangyuan to achieve a distinctive texture and lava effect.

  • 1. 美國馬鈴薯洗乾淨.帶皮直接蒸透.備用Wash the U.S. potatoes thoroughly and steam them with the skin until fully cooked. Set aside.
  • 2. 將玉米粉用開水燙熟拌成團狀Pour boiling water over the cornstarch and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  • 3. 美國馬鈴薯壓碎成泥.加入玉米粉團.糖.糯米粉壓成團後加入白油Mash
  • the cooked U.S. potatoes into a puree. Add the cornstarch dough, sugar, and glutinous rice flour. Mix until it forms a dough, then add white oil.
  • 4. 取適當份量包入芝麻湯圓Take an appropriate amount of the mixture and wrap it around sesame tangyuan.
  • 5. 下油鍋160度慢炸.浮起後.中小火加熱逼油到酥脆Heat oil in a pan to 160℃. Fry the balls over low heat until they float, then increase to medium-low heat to make them crispy and remove excess oil.
