  • 1.將冷凍美國格子薯片用油鍋或氣炸鍋炸酥備用。Deep fry the frozen U.S. Basket Weave Cuts in an oil pan or an air fryer until crispy, then set aside.
  • 2. 起一鍋燒熱後放入適量的沙拉油,將宮保辣椒加入炒香在加入薑.蒜.蔥等食材炒香.後放入米酒Heat a pot with some salad oil, then add the Gong Bao chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add ginger, garlic, green onions, and other ingredients and continue stir-frying. Pour in the cooking rice wine.
  • 3.在加入蕃茄醬.醬油.烏醋和糖,水去收汁。Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar, and sugar to the pot, along with water, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • 4.在放入做法1炸好的美國格子薯片拌炒。Add the crispy U.S. Basket Weave Cuts from step 1 to the sauce mixture and stir-fry.
  • 5.最後加入花椒粉和胡椒粉即可。Finally, sprinkle Sichuan peppercorn powder and pepper powder into the dish and mix well before serving.

  • 宮保辣椒 Sichuan Peppercorns 10g

  • 烏醋 Black Vinegar 2t
  • 料理米酒 Cooking Rice Wine 1t
  • 醬油 Soy Sauce 1t
  • 水 Water 100g
  • 糖 Sugar 1/2t
