  • 1. 將美國格子薯片用油溫160°~180°油溫炸熟後備用。Deep fry the U.S.Basket Weave Cuts in oil at a temperature of 160°C to 180°C until they are golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  • 2. 將調味料調和完成煮至融化後打上蛋液,再將醬汁倒入盤中,放入炸好的美國格子薯片即可。Prepare the seasoning by combining all the ingredients and cooking until the sugar has melted. Beat the eggs and pour the seasoning mixture into a pan. Place the fried U.S. Basket Weave Cuts into the pan with the sauce.
