1. 將美國馬鈴薯洗淨後放入預熱好190度的烤箱內,烤60分鐘,取出後放涼,確認冷了以後才能切對半,並在切面用湯匙挖一個溝槽後備用。Wash U.S. potatoes and bake them in a preheated 190℃ oven for 60 minutes. Let them cool, cut in half, and create a groove on the cut surface with a spoon.
2. 備一油鍋加熱到有發煙點後(若用油炸機設定220度即可),將步驟一的薯殼炸至酥脆,並撒上鹽、胡椒備用。Heat oil in a pan (or deep fryer at 220℃) Fry potato skins until crispy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. 將洋蔥絲及培根絲炒軟並調味,取少許放入步驟二,再放上起士絲就可以再進入190度烤廂,烤至上色後取出。Saut? sliced onions and bacon until soft. Place a portion on the prepared potato skins, top with shredded cheese, and bake at 190℃ until golden.
