  • 1. 切時令蔬菜。Cut seasonal vegetables.
  • 2. 將魚片、蛋白、鹽混合成慕斯。Mix fish fillet, egg white, and salt to make mousse.
  • 3. 將九層塔和油打散加入薄荷醬 鹽混合即可。Mix Thai basil with oil and add to mint sauce mixture with salt.
