油炸美國冷凍麥加脆細薯蝦卷配泰式酸辣美乃滋

以麥加脆冷凍細薯當作義大利麵的概念,將細薯是將蝦慕絲捲起在炸熟!再搭配泰式 酸辣美乃滋,以韓式炸物為發想。Inspired by Korean-style fried foods, using frozen crispy shoestring potatoes as a concept for Italian pasta. The shoestring potatoes are wrapped around shrimp mousse and deep-fried. Served with Thai-style spicy mayo for a fusion twist.

  • 1. 將薯條和蝦慕斯滾在中間,炸至金黃色切片裝盤。Roll the shoestring potatoes and shrimp mousse together and fry until golden brown. Slice and arrange on a plate.
  • 2. 將泰式酸辣醬與美乃滋混合即可。Mix Thai-style sweet and sour sauce with mayonnaise for dipping.
